1. Digital Course Purchases

All courses and training programs offered on BITV Academy (Broadcast Business Intelligence) are digital products. Once access to a course is granted, the content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

Technical issues prevent access to the course despite our support team’s efforts to resolve them.
Duplicate payments or accidental multiple enrollments.
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

User has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
User simply changes their mind or decides they do not want the course.
Failure to complete the course due to lack of time, interest, or personal reasons.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide your full name, registered email, course name, and transaction details.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

6. Cancellations

Users can cancel course enrollment before accessing the course to request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined above.
Once access to the course is granted and content is consumed beyond 20%, cancellation will not be entertained.

7. Changes to the Policy

BITV Academy (Broadcast Business Intelligence) reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
